Magu Roll

Magu Roll is the most widely used paper towel for fish preservation in Japan. Used by many vendors at Toyosu as well as many chefs from all over the world. It is mainly used to wrap fish to slow down the oxidation process which keeps the fish fresher for a longer period of time.
